Mr. Rios is a multi-disciplined Engineer Professional. Mr. Rios has been a contract management specialist since 2008.

José (Rey) Bolaños
Mr. Bolanos is an experienced Logistics and supply chain management expert. He has served as an international affairs executive for the DoD, as well as directed logistics support activities for the DoD in Latin America.
Mr. Bolanos is fluent in Spanish and English.
He currently resides in El Salvador. He is retired as a US Army CW4.
